Bernard Grinberg came onboard with my company Chess for Schools in mid-2021 and has provided unique and valuable mentoring and consulting services to me from day one.

Initially Bernard analysed and documented my  workflows, requirements and issues. Then he assembled a  scoping brief for potential software vendors. This led to him performing  a comprehensive search of suitable providers, arranging demos and evaluating their products, technologies and company. Ultimately this resulted in a selection of a well matched, practical and affordable vendor, with ongoing guidance on software usage and management.

Bernard also  guided the resolution of our other technical issues  such as analysing email and hosting, providing briefing to tech resources to resolve, and the transfer of IP from failing Indian developers.

He  has reviewed and then drafted guidelines of contractor agreements and terms of trade for a retained lawyer that he sourced for me. Importantly Bernard continues to advise and mentor me on business, marketing, sales, personnel, work-flows and technology.
