Bernard was engaged by www.agtrix.com  as a business mentor and consultant for a period of over 10 years. We benefited from Bernard’s wealth of practical knowledge and experience from growing his own software company to an international success, and eventually acquisition.

During this period, Bernard assisted us with strategising and structuring for growth – taking the company from a start-up to a company trusted by TIER ONE corporate customers.

On a weekly basis Bernard assisted us to implement processes around business strategy and governance, product offerings and financials to plan and support international expansion advice and associated risk identification.

As a part of this Bernard performed numerous contract reviews and negotiations (including drafting contracts, supported us with business development, HR issues, marketing advice and creating opportunities in new markets through his network.

A key component of his operational style is mentoring and advising the management and the team on managing major accounts and distributors.  He also chaired monthly  management meeting s, aligning software development to business, and convening the advisory board that was critical to the founder’s successful exit.

Bernard also has outstanding technical skills including  IoT hardware specifications and interfacing.

I personally benefitted from Bernard’s passion for business in my own journey from a technical background to General Manager and have also observed Bernard provide valuable technical analysis and recommendations on product direction and lifecycle, including product end of life, to other companies.
